The City of Goddard, Kansas, will receive bids until 2:00 PM CDT Friday, May 3, 2019 at the City

Offices of the City of Goddard, Kansas, 118 North Main, P.O. Box 667, Goddard, KS 67052 for

Mill/Overlay, Slurry Sealing, Crack Sealing, Seam Sealing, and Crack Filling of certain City streets in

Goddard, Kansas. Bids received after said time will be returned unopened. The bids will be

considered by the City Council at the City Council meeting on Monday, May 20, 2019 at 7:00 PM at

the City Council Chambers, City of Goddard, Kansas, 118 North Main, P.O. Box 667, Goddard, Kansas

City Hall, City of Goddard, 118 North Main, P.O. Box 667, Goddard KS 67052 or online at the following

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities in the bidding.

Bids may be held by the City for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the opening of

bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to

awarding the Contract. The reserves the right to select a portion or the entirety of street segments listed

for bid.

Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work included on the list of requested 2019

requested street project list. All bids are to be submitted on the attached bid sheet. A map has been

included with this RFP to assist in bid preparation.
